TOP 2: Key for Amy

Vouched for by: enybfoxen, xea. Approved with no objections, Amy gets a key.

TOP 3: New Shelves.

Kunsi: Last plenum decided our shelves suck. Kunsi thinks buying

3x 1.3m shelves on the 3D printer wall, best solution for euro crates. 1x 1m shelves where 2D printer is. All 3 meters high.

Estimated costs is ~2000€, multi (treasurer) has confirmed we can afford this. Kunsi will affix the shelves to the wall.

Kunsi posted a link to the page 2 weeks ago with more details.

Shelf on 3D printer wall will reach up to ~1m unter ceiling.

Lynxis: what about delivery? They might not do delivery Kunsi: They will delivery, we have worked with them in the past. They’ll deliver to our doorstep. Lynxis: How much will this be?

Gari: Can we put a little mattress on one of the shelves Kunsi did not hear this Gari: It was a bullshit question about putting a mattress on the shelf. Kunsi: Not sure if i took the 75 or 150kg/m shelves, so yes you can sleep on them

Lyxnis: Do you have a rendering of the large shelf? Im a little bit worried about the euro boxes fitting

Kunsi: I do not have a rendering of these, but i could post a picture of the shelf we have at work, which is basically the same thing. You can fit 3 60x40 cm boxes next to eachother, with a bit of space left over.

Lynxis: So you can fit 3, with a supporting structure in the middle? Kunsi: The shelf with be 3.9 meters, 4 posts with 3 shelves.

enbyfoxen: Are there any more questions <No questions?>

Lyxnis: Can kunsi send a picture within the next week. Kunsi: I can send one tommorow if i remember.

Lyxnis: I had an idea for smaller shelves that are a little bit cheaper. This might be a little bit more expensive, and i also like the idea.

Kunsi: I will try to produce a rendering.

Lynxis: How deep is it? Kunsi: 60cm Lynxis: And the wall was how long, 4.6m? Kunsi: The wall is like ~4.8ish, with Fußbodenleisten we can only use 4.7. There is no option with gives us more space for the same or more amount of money. Lynxis: Great we can continue to the vote.

Vote is called. 8 Approvals, 2 Abstentions, No vetos. Purchase is approved, pending board confirmation. Lynxis: I will ask the board for confirmation. Kunsi: I’ll wait for Lynxis confirmation, and then coordinate buying and paying and delivery.

TOP 4: Key for clerie.

Vouched for by: Kunsi, Xea, Lis No Objections, Clerie gets a key.

TOP 5: Replace shelf next to the door with cupboard

Kunsi: After we put up the shelves, there’s a lot space. I’d like to put all the stuff from next to the glass door into the proper shelves. And replace it with an Ikea cupboard, and just drill it into the wall.

Enbyfoxen: All the door electronics go into the cupboard?

Kunsi: All the door electronics and space status stuff would go into the cupboard, with the buttons etc poking out.

enbyfoxen: How much would this cost us.

Kunsi: 79€

enbyfoxen: If we’re already getting good shelving, let’s replace that piece of shit

embr: Yeah that thing looks dangerous and like it falls over if you breath on it.

enbyfoxen: If we’re already spending that much, i don’t think an exta 79€ would hurt the bank.

9 votes for, 0 against, 1 abstension. Approved pending other shelves approval.

erin: If there is one thing we can justify spending money on, it’s the space.

TOP 6: Fire extinguishers

Clerie: I didn’t know we already discussed this in may, i think we should get some traction on this again now. Kunsi wanted to call, but

Kunsi: There is no contact information on the label, there is no contact, it was never services. So we have to find someone to service, unless we wanna rebuy them at baumarkt. I wanted to find a company, but ADHD.

Lynxis: Sefischer or Yrssin might know a company.

Clerie: I tried to research a bit, there are two options. Either buy licensed fire extinguishers every 2 years. The other option si throwing money at a company that services one every 2 years. We should just get a service contract. I think we should just go for the second option. If everyone is okay with this, i’d go and find someone and get an offer.

Lis: I agree with the second option, or we’ll just have this discussion again in x years. We also dont have smoke alarms, and no safe guards against leaving hot things on. This has happened at least twice recently.

Lynxis: I care a little bit about the money, even if the second is better.

Fire extinguisher from store would be ~€70, from a company with a contract would be €150-€200.

We could maybe get a timer that wouldn’t allow things to be on for more than a few hours, and in future we could have something more elaborate, e.g. turning things off when the space is closed.

We could set a budget of €30 or something per socket to find a good, possibly digital, solution.

Clerie will try to find a fire extinguisher.

Smoke detectors cost at most €50 each. We should have one in each room, not the kitchen and bathroom. We could possibly have a heat detector for the kitchen.

We could try asking the landlord for smoke detectors. Doesn’t hurt to ask.

embr will source some timer / Wi-Fi sockets.
