Xeno: There is junk, loads of wodden stuff, that needs to go, we need to go around and figure out what needs to be disposed of. And then do another round of disposal to BSR.

Clerie: Did you remove some of the chairs?

Xeno and Shani: Nope.

Clerie: I meant weeks ago, not this week.

Xeno: One i think. (Xeno points at a table)

Clerie: The eupal is from the shelfs?

enbyfoxen: Yes

Clerie: So we just need to bring it back to somewhere we get money for it.

enbyfoxen: Do we want to walk around and look at what might need to be disposed of?

Shani + Xeno: Yes

Clerie: (complains about having to get up)

Shani: (Offers to carry Clerie)

Room discusses the shelf parts in the corner of the room.

enbyfoxen: Those are in good condition and we have all the parts, if someone wants them. If noone want’s them, i suppose we can trash them in the future

Room discusses the thing next to the couch, out of wood.

enbyfoxen: can someone open it to figre out what it is.

It turns out to be a Tapeziertisch, in decent condition.

cable channel enbyfoxen: Our new tables have cable channels, we can just toss this?

R oom discusses the table in the corner of the electronic lab, that is stored on a table and sat against the wall.

enbyfoxen: We don’t need that anymore, we should toss it.

Gari: How did that get there?

enbyfoxen: I put it there when cleaning up, on my own somehow. I was manic and don’t quite remember how. After we built up the new shelves.

The disassembled wooden table will also be removed by consensus of the room.

The old couch table will also be disposed by consensus of all present.

Xeno: (points at pile of scrap wood on the shelf). That is next.

Xeno and Shani find a bundle of scrap wood and metal, the room agrees with disposing of it.

Xeno asks about our very dirty blue office chair, as we gained an extra chair when acquiring the tables. Everyone agrees with disposing of it.

Kitchen is checked next. Nothing from the kitchen needs to be disposed of at the moment.

Result: Things we are diposing of have been lablled with “Sexistische Kackscheiße” Tape

enbyfoxen: As discussed by an earlier plenum, a few things went m issing and have not returned. I did not get any reply for my mailing list messages. I’d like permissions to acquire a new Dremel, New Sackkarre, new set of (affordable) kitchen knives.

Gari: Are you going to propose a list, or just buy things.

enbyfoxen: I’ll check with people who know their stuff, and then buy things that are reasonably affordable.

enbyfoxen: What do we do if things go missing again?

Clerie: We talk about it again?

Gari: I don’t think there is anyhting the AfRA can do, noone is going to do video surveillance of something like this.

Clerie: We should not replace thing without comment if they go missing.

enbyfoxen: As far as i know, this is the first time something has gone missing, so i’ll consider this a one off?

Shani: we can talk about this if it happens again.

Clerie: Talking about it is a way of showing this is discouraged.

enbyfoxen: I’ll send a follow up mail, and if nothing comes of it, i’ll replace it.

Xeno: The only way to prevent this is to make the space less open, which would suck.

Result: Replace the things, if something like this happens again, we will have to thing of a different solution.
